The Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival is a curated festival.

Festival open calls are ONLY in the area of online digital works.

Online digital artists with works that investigate this year's festival programming streams of Spice, Syncopation, Trade and Toxins are invited to send an email of inquiry to the 2009 FLEFF online curators, Dale Hudson   dhudson@amherst.edu  and Sharon Lin Tay, sharonlintay@yahoo.co.uk

The festival  does not do an open call for works in the following categories: film, video, installation, music, silent film/live music project, fine art,  writing.

However, artists with works that investigate this year's festival programming streams of Spice, Syncopation, Trade and Toxins are invited to send an email of inquiry describing their project to the festival codirectors, Tom Shevory  shevory@ithaca.edu   or Patricia Zimmermann, patty@ithaca.edu.

Our programming for FLEFF 2009 will wrap January 1, 2009.

Students currently enrolled at Ithaca College are not eligible to submit work for consideration for screenings at the Finger Lakes Environmental Film Fstival. We encourage Ithaca College students to apply for our competitively awarded FLEFF internships to mount the festival, learn behind-the-scenes festival operations,  and gain valuable skills.

Thanks for your interest in the Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival!

See you at the movies!
