The Ithaca College Mail Services department is located on the first floor of the Center for Public Safety and General Services building. Mail Services is under the supervision of Karen Serbonich, Manager Mail Services ( Karen Serbonich ). Mail Services hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
