Reception at Lincoln Center, April 17, 2015
Approximately 70 President’s Associates and their guests gathered in Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center before the School of Music concert in the Starr Theater. After they mingled for about half an hour, President Tom Rochon spoke from the lectern and welcomed everyone. He spoke about the President’s Associates’ philanthropy and how it helps transform the IC education experience. He then introduced Janet Galvan, Jorge Grossman, and Steve Peterson, the conductors of the ensembles performing in the concert. They shared some insight into the experiences of their students around the concert at Lincoln Center. After the conductors spoke, everyone continued to enjoy the reception until the bells called them to the concert.
