The conference registration fee is $75. This fee includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks. Thanks to our generous sponsors, the registration fee also includes a copy of Creativity Matters: The Arts and Aging Toolkit. Early registration is encouraged, and is on a space-available basis.

Participants have the option of registering for the conference online and paying by credit card (below), or they may complete and print the form contained in the Featured Document box, to pay by check. The registration deadline is Wednesday, September 23, 2009. All registrants will receive a written confirmation upon receipt of registration and payment.

Cancellation Policy
The registration fee will be refunded if a written request is received by the Division of Graduate and Professional Studies no later than Wednesday, September 23, 2009. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this date; however, you may transfer your registration fee to another person.
