Cathi Brese Doebler
Cathi Brese Doebler was a Technical Writer, Project Manager, and a Manager of Performance Development before she started her own consulting business. Her consulting firm offers services in performance improvement, training, meeting facilitation, corporate university development, writing and editing. In addition, her company offers training products in a variety of communication areas, including managing conflict, meeting facilitation, and team-building.
Cathi has experience in writing, recruiting, management coaching, and training. She has a Master of Science in Corporate Communication from Ithaca College and fifteen years of experience in the Human Resources field.
In 2010, Cathi published her new book “Ditch the Joneses, Discover Your Family: How to thrive on less than two income!”, where she shares her insights about managing a professional career with personal responsibilities.
During her master’s program at Ithaca College, Cathi learned a number of valuable skills that have helped her succeed as a performance consultant and writer. Through her master’s coursework and experiential projects, Cathi learned a great deal about time management, project management, and organizational consulting. In addition, she has been able to apply many of the activities and discussions from her graduate courses to develop successful training services for her business.
