Graduate Study in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

Why Ithaca College?

Clinical Experiences

Working with clients
Hands-On Experience

Ithaca’s graduate students benefit from the college’s extensive network of clinical affiliates—ranging from rehabilitation hospitals in Alberta, Canada, to preschools in Newark, New York. The experiences they gain off-campus enrich their graduate experience by preparing them for action in the field in a variety of settings.

Graduate students work directly with clients throughout their years of study at Ithaca College. At the end of their academic program, students complete full-time clinical externships.

Clinical Practica
All students are provided with clinical experiences during the first year and a half of their program. Students may see clients in our clinic or in off-campus settings.
