Designed for musicians and health care providers, this comprehensive program of seminars and hands-on workshops will focus on health and musical performance. A multidisciplinary faculty will examine the physical and mental factors that affect both the musician and performance and will discuss the care and prevention of music-related injuries. Musicians are invited to bring their instruments every day.

Workshop participants who successfully complete the program will receive Ithaca College continuing education certificates. In addition, for an extra fee participants may enroll for graduate credit in physical therapy or music.

Intended Audience
Professional musicians (instrumentalists and singers) and music educators who wish to receive personal attention regarding their own music-related aches and pains and gain understanding in the management of student ailments and disability prevention.
