GERO 10100 - Introduction to Aging Studies
Introduction to the broad spectrum of issues involved in the study of aging. Biological, psychological, and sociological concerns, in addition to services for the elderly, are presented in survey fashion. Field trips, lectures, discussions, and demonstrations comprise the instructional methods. 3 credits. Online.

MATH-13500 - Mathematical Art with Computers
Focuses on mathematical concepts such as symmetry, crystallographic groups, recursive patterns, spirals, and the golden ratio as they relate to geometric design. The use of computers enables students to explore these topics without an extensive math background. Prerequisites: Math placement in group 1, 2, or 3, or completion of MATH 10000 or MATH 18000 with a grade of C- or better. 3 credits. Online.

RLS-18001 - Selected Topics in Adventure Skills Fundamentals: Backpacking
Teaches the fundamental concepts and standard practices that are the foundation of a given skill discipline. The process is presented as the application of technical, environmental, and organizational skills. Teaches the concepts and practices that are required in various skill disciplines. This course involves field experiences. 1 credit.
