Graduate Music Summer Programs
The Ithaca College School of Music offers an ideal summer program for the completion of the master's degree for the professional who is already working within the teaching field during the school year. Since 1892, the School of Music has been preparing and placing some of the finest music educators in the United States. With this long-standing tradition of excellence and achievement, our graduates have been among the most sought-after music educators by prospective employers. Our current record of 100% job placement confirms the high regard for our program.
Our summer programs include the master of music and master of science degrees in music education which can be completed within three summers of study, with a commitment of five or six weeks per summer.
We also offer a number of summer graduate music workshops that can be used toward the completion of a master's degree or for personal professional development. Space is limited for all workshops. We recommend that interested candidates register early.
