Chris Bell, a first-grade teacher at Ithaca's Fall Creek Elementary School, recently started an after-school program called School of Rock!  Every Tuesday afternoon from 2 to 3 p.m., students from grades pre-K through fifth grade gather in several classrooms to play music.  He hopes it will spark a new passion of music for many students, or strengthen a the interest of others.
