In 1948 I began working for Ithaca College doing public relations photography, shooting all the College's buildings downtown as well as sporting events and other activities. In the 1960s I documented the building of the new campus on South Hill and the events there after the College moved. . . . I started out as an amateur photographer, I guess as most everybody does, in about 1915. I took a picture of my father and mother. . . . I was five years old at the time.
