ITHACA, NY— An opening reception for the 2008 Ithaca College Faculty Art Show in the college’s Handwerker Gallery will take place on Thursday, Jan. 24, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the gallery. Featuring work by 12 faculty members in the art; television-radio; and cinema, photography, and media arts departments, the exhibition highlights the diversity of contemporary art practices at Ithaca College. The exhibit runs through Feb. 19.

All Handwerker Gallery events are free and open to the public. The gallery is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. (Thursday until 9 p.m.); Saturday and Sunday, noon–5 p.m.
