Welcome to the website for the Ithaca College Office of Human Resources. The Office of Human Resources works in partnership with the vice-presidents, deans, directors and other administrators to ensure that the relationship between Ithaca College and its staff and faculty is positive and effective.

The College's Board of Trustees and Administration strives to maintain a working environment which recognizes Ithaca College as an employer of choice for creative, talented and committed faculty and staff members. The Office of Human Resources sets its priorities to support the College mission and institutional plan as it provides leadership and service to the campus community in the areas of employee relations, employment, benefits, compensation and organizational design, leadership development and education, rewards and recognition and human resource management information.

To meet our goals, the Office of Human Resources provides a number of support, management, development, consultative, and employee assistance services for managers, supervisors, and faculty and staff of the College.
