Pursuant to 29 CFR Part 1910.1020 (Access to Employee Exposure & Medical Records), you may request access to employee records as applicable under OSHA regulations.
Access to the requested records shall be provided at a reasonable time, place, and manner. Every attempt to provide the requested records as quickly as possible will be made. If access to records cannot be made within 15 working days (per OSHA regulations), you will be notified of the reason for delay and the earliest date that the record will be available.
