• JULY 2007 : Aetna One-on-One Meetings
  
  
  Questions about your Aetna medical coverage? Our Aetna representatives, Denise Dolinksy and Aimee DeWispelaere, are coming to campus to answer your questions. The dates that they will be on campus are:
  
  

  • Tuesday, July 3rd , 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 10th , 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 17th , 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 24th , 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 31st , 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

  
  The meetings will take place in the Administration Annex Meeting Room.
  
  If, however, you are unable to get to the Administration Annex, they have offered to go to your work place. If you would like to meet with the Aetna representatives, but are unable to meet with them during one of the dates and times listed above, please let us know so that we can make other arrangements for you.   Beginning May 18, 2007, Aetna will cut FSA checks daily - they were previously processed once a week. This Aetna service will expedite the reimbursement process for your claims.
