Benefits Re-enrollment 2014
Just as the seasons change, so does life. Ithaca College endeavors to offer a flexible benefits program to fit the many life circumstances of our employees. The online re-enrollment period is Monday, November 11 – Friday, November 22. During this time, employees can change levels of coverages, opt for new coverages, review beneficiaries, and enroll in a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account.
The 2014 Benefits Re-enrollment Guide is just one of the resources available to help you successfully complete the re-enrollment process and select the benefit plans that best meet your individual needs.
If you prefer to have assistance with online re-enrollment, the HR staff and an Aetna Representative will be available to answer your questions at the designated drop-in times listed to the right.
Aetna will also be offering one-hour informational sessions on the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). If you’re considering this plan or would like to learn more about it, please join us at the following days/times:
- November 12 ~ 10 am (Tuesday)
- November 15 ~ 9 am or Noon (Friday)
- November 20 ~ 9 am or 11 am (Wednesday)
- November 21 ~ Noon or 1 pm (Thursday)
All benefit drop-in opportunities and HDHP informational sessions will be held in the HR Conference & Training Room (GL 052) located on the Garden Level of the Peggy Ryan Williams Center (4-8000).
