Statutory Benefits

Beginning with the first day of employment, eligible faculty and staff members are enrolled in and protected by social security, workers' compensation and unemployment insurance. Staff members are also covered by New York State disability after four weeks of employment. Premiums for these coverages are fully paid by Ithaca College.
