BalanceGo seamlessly integrates eni's personal assistant, counseling, and wellness services into an easy to use app that you can take anywhere!

By utilizing eni's fully functional and customized mobile app, BalanceGo, employees can seamlessly access their EAP, Health & Wellness, and Personal Assistant services all in the palm of their hands! 

1. How do I get the application on my phone?

    The app is available in the app store for download for free

2. I don’t have a username/password, how do I sign in?

You must first set up a profile at www.mybalanceworks.com and enter in your Ithaca College Member ID and Group ID.

3. What can I do with the application?

Submit a personal assistant request, request legal/financial referrals, take mental health assessments, submit ask-a-counselor requests, track fitness/nutrition, access your health assessments and screenings, access hundreds of articles on various topics pertaining to health/wellness, work/life balance, etc.

3A.  Can I request my free counseling sessions through your mobile app?

To get access to free counseling sessions through the EAP, you still need to speak with a Care Manager over the phone by calling 1-800-327-2255.

4. I have an account set up but I forgot my password, how do I log in?

Launch the application by taping on its icon, Tap on “Forgot Password”, Enter username, Tap on Submit button, Message should be displayed and an email containing password will be sent.

5. How do I get access my legal benefit?

log into the app, from the home screen tap “Personal Assistance”, tap “Legal & Financial”, choose the “Legal” category,  type in a request title and continue to step 2- please fill out all applicable questions, once you have completed all steps 1-4 and click “submit” .

6. How to do I submit a Personal Assistant Request?

  • From the home page tap “Personal Assistance”
  • Choose “Personal Assistant”
  • Tap the  “+” sign in the upper right
  • Select a category and request title, then tap for the next step
  • Select a sub category
  • Add a description of your request and answer all applicable questions
  • Choose your request priority and preferred method of contact
  • Tap “Submit”

7. How do I access my completed requests?

  • From the home page tap “Personal Assistance”
  • Choose “Personal Assistant”
  • Tap “Completed Requests” at the top of the screen
  • Tap on the request you’d like to view

8. How do I submit a question to Ask-a-Counselor?

  • From the Home page tap “Counseling”
  • Tap “Ask A Counselor”
  • Tap the “+” sign in the upper right to add a new request
  • Check yes that you have read the disclaimer and agree to the terms and   conditions, then click submit
  • Fill out the subject and description of our request
  • Choose how you’d like to be notified when a response is available
  • Input your contact information         
  • Submit your request

9.  How do I access my Health Risk Assessment Results?

  • From the Home page tap “Wellness”
  • Tap “My Assessments”
  • Tap  “Health Risk Manager”

10.  How do I access my Hyperstrike Personal Fitness & Nutrition Program?

  • Workouts and nutrition plans need to be created by visiting the Hyperstrike program in Balance Health prior to access on the mobile application
  • From the Home page tap “Wellness”
  • Tap “My Programs”
  • Tap “View workout”
  • Workouts need to be created by visiting the Hyperstrike program in Balance Health prior to access on the mobile application
