Staff Development Funding

One of the many responsibilities of a supervisor is to develop employees. Every employee’s performance review should include a dialogue about professional development along with developmental goals and a plan for achieving those goals (an Individual Development Plan). This plan is a collaborative effort between you and your employee. When necessary, funds are available to help meet this expectation.

Please complete the Request for Staff Development Funding Form, and submit to the Office of Human Resources at least 60 days prior to the start of the program you are requesting funds to attend.
