Staff Development Funding
One of the many responsibilities of a supervisor is to develop employees. Every employee’s performance review should include a dialogue about professional development along with developmental goals and a plan for achieving those goals (an Individual Development Plan). This plan is a collaborative effort between you and your employee. When necessary, funds are available to help meet this expectation.
Please call Mary Tomaselli in the Office of Human Resources at 274-1239 to discuss your request prior to filling out the Request for Staff Development Funding Form, and submit your request at least 60 days prior to the start of the program you are requesting funds to attend.
