Supervisory Academy
The Academy is an intensive, week-long development experience intended for all those who provide direction and supervision at Ithaca College. The process is designed to reinforce what Ithaca College expects from all supervisors. Another important element of the Academy is the ongoing coaching support after the workshops are completed. Each supervisor will receive six months of individual coaching by a professional coach. The supervisory/management development experiences are grouped into four major elements:
