The staff in the Office of Human Resources is available to support the employment needs of spouses, partners, and relatives of current and prospective Ithaca College employees.

Members of the Employment and Employee Relations staff meet regularly with accompanying partners to work on resume writing, mock interviewing, networking skills, job leads, and other job search assistance needs. As many of us are aware, dual income households have become a financial necessity for many families and the assistance that we can provide in identifying employment opportunities for Ithaca College families may make the difference.

That is why Human Resources has joined forces with other area colleges and universities to form the Upstate New York Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (www.unyherc.org). Through the sharing of information, the Upstate New York HERC aims to support member institutions in attracting outstanding faculty, administrators, and staff.
