Beat:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 ½ cups oil
Beat in:
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1tsp vanilla
Beat in:
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup crushed pineapple - drained
- 1 cup nuts
Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes 9x 13 pan
