Carrot Cake

Beat:    

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 ½ cups oil

Beat in: 

  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1tsp vanilla

Beat in:

  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple - drained
  • 1 cup nuts

Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes 9x 13 pan
