  • 3 small onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 green pepper thinly sliced
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Sprinkle with garlic
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme

Mix: 1 tsp honey

28 o. plum tomatoes with liquid

Layer vegetables, pour tomatoes over vegetables

Cover dish: bake @ 350 for 2 1/2hours
