Employee Appreciation

Recognizing employees for the contributions they make is important at Ithaca College. Success as an institution is achieved in large part due to the hard work and loyalty of our faculty, staff and administration. We strive to create a “culture of appreciation” on campus.

We can never say, “thank you” often enough to our colleagues for their contributions to our success at Ithaca College. Although we are encouraged to take the time every day to acknowledge the efforts of others, during the month of November, we step it up a notch with Ithaca College’s annual Employee Appreciation month program.

During the month of November, we invite all employees to take a few minutes to write a colleague a thank you note. We are fortunate at IC to be surrounded by people who are dedicated, talented, and committed to excellence. Your co-workers do a great job every day so thank them!

Thank you cards are made available within each department and in the Office of Human Resources. Enclosed with each thank you card is a coupon that the recipient can redeem for a small gift at the Employee Appreciation Reward Center located in the Office of Human Resources on the garden level of the Peggy Ryan Williams Center.
