Parnassus Information and Account Requests

**The Office of Human Resources is developing and implementing a new talent management system!  In order to devote the time needed for the success of this project, Wednesdays and Thursdays have been designated as key project working days.  Reports, email and account requests will be responded to Monday afternoons and Friday mornings.  Please plan accordingly to allow enough time for your request to be processed.

Request for information from Parnassus, the Human Resources Enterprise Business Suite.

Request that an electronic mail message be sent to a specific, targeted audience.

Request by Retireees or other former employees that a change of home address or telephone be recorded in Parnassus.
Current Employees can use Employee Self-Service for this function

Change building and room information for campus directories. Campus Phone can still be changed via Employee Self-Service

Request by a department to create a Parnassus username for use by affiliated employees, so they can access electronic campus resources.
