"How Am I Doing?" -- Employees Want to Know!

Eileen Jacobs, 4/14/2009

Last fall, President Tom Rochon identified a challenge for all supervisors and staff members to sit down together and have a goal-setting conversation by October 31, 2008. You met that challenge!  Conversations were held, goals were set, and over 300 employees attended the workshop, "On Your Mark, Get Set … Set Your Goals!"

Part two of our challenge is to make these conversations a habit, and to assess goal progress and performance by May 31, 2009.

The Office of Human Resources is offering 90-minute workshops to help you prepare, facilitate, and document these meetings. Performance and productivity are positively impacted by the quality of the one-on-ones. Make yours count!

Join us for one of the following workshops by emailing or calling Mary at mtomaselli@ithaca.edu (274‑1239) or Eileen at ejacobs@ithaca.edu (274-3847).
