At the August 21 all-College staff meeting, President Tom Rochon identified a challenge for all staff to sit down with their supervisors to have a goal-setting conversation by October 31, 2008. The purpose of this goal-setting conversation is to decide what each employee and department's key accomplishments should be in the coming year.

The ninth cohort of LeaderShip participants completed the year-long program with a celebration on April 2, 2008. The select group of 23 engaged in 14 learning workshops designed to build leadership capacities in an ever-changing work world.

On Tuesday, October 30th, at Noon to 12:45 pm, we will host a Lunch and Learn session that will focus on the High Deductible Health Plan and its Health Savings Account (HSA). If you are considering electing the HDHP, are just curious, or are currently enrolled in the plan and have questions please join us! The Lunch and Learn presentation will take place in the HR Conference Room located in the Administration Annex. Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required. Snacks and drinks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own lunch.
