Below is a revised schedule for the March performance review workshops. The response to the workshops has been quite favorable and we thank those who have attended. If you have not attended, and would like to do so, we invite you to join us for one of the remaining sessions.
The vision benefit for Ithaca College employees is managed by Ameritas. Member ID cards have been mailed to any employee who elected vision coverage during the re-enrollment period. If you wish to access your vision benefit before you receive an ID card, simply let your provider know you have EyeMed coverage, supply them with your name, address, and date of birth, and they will be able to verify your eligibility.
Due to 01/02/12 being included in the holiday schedule, if possible, please submit your time card before you leave for the Holiday Break on 12/23/11.
Submitted on behalf of Mark Coldren, AVP for Human Resources
The Ithaca College Winter Holiday Break will include Monday, January 2, 2012 as a paid holiday for employees. The College Holiday Calendar that was previously communicated did not include 1/2/12 as an identified paid holiday. This day off is part of the original Winter Holiday Break schedule that was developed by creating scenarios based on what day of the week Christmas falls during a given year. Human Resources made a mistake when sharing the calendar with the campus community. We apologize for any confusion or difficulty for employees planning their time off during the Winter Holiday Break. The College will reopen for business on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mark Coldren at 274-3853 or at email@example.com.
