Fieldwork and Research. 339-27400 Archaeological Field School may substitute for Fieldwork and Research for students who also take 339-30500, Archaeological Methods and Techniques.

At least 24 credits must be taken at Ithaca College. Acceptance of 339-30200 Anthropological Field Methods equivalency must be obtained prior to enrollment for such a course elsewhere. It is expected that most students choosing 339-30200 as their methods requirement will complete the course at Ithaca College.

Students who take Archaeology Field School 339-27400 or Archaeological Fieldwork and Research 339-47600 to fulfill minor requirements may receive only 3 credits toward the minor, comparable to any other anthropology course, and may not receive credit for both 339-27400 and 339-47600. Neither course may count as the non-Western course for the minor. Minors are required to take at least 15 credits at Ithaca College.
