Yes! The concentration requires an internship in a gallery or museum. This internship may be at the Handwerker Gallery on campus, a local museum, or a museum in a study abroad location. Upper level museum studies course such as Museum Practices, Exhibition Education and Outreach, and the Exhibition Seminar provide both theoretical and practical skills you’ll need in a museum career.
