First Tuesday is an opportunity for the faculty and students in the Department of Art History to meet informally to talk about current issues in art and architecture. On the first Tuesday of every month during the academic year, in a casual setting, faculty and students can chat about items in the news, recent scholarship, current research, and other matters of interest in the field of art and architectural history, museums, galleries, and the intellectual life of the discipline.  An added plus: we provide pizza, cookies, soft drinks, and coffee!
