The Art History Department and Women's Studies Program invite you to join us for a talk by Patricia Mathews on French artist Suzanne Valadon.  The talk, entitled "The Disorienting Nudes of Suzanne Valadon:  Masquerade, Repetition, and the Body at Ease," will consider late 19th and early 20th century paintings by a former artist's model who becomes a painter in her own right.

Patricia Mathews is Professor of Art at Hobart and William Smith College.

The lecture will take place Monday, March 26th at 5:30 in Textor 103.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Jennifer Jolly at jjolly@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-1254. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
