Aaron Weinberg and Emilie Wiesner Publish Article in Education Journal

An article authored by Aaron Weinberg and Emilie Wiesner, assistant professors in the mathematics department, has been published in the journal Educational Studies in Mathematics.

Weinberg and Wiesner's article, "Understanding Mathematics Textbooks Through Reader-Oriented Theory," adapts ideas from literary criticism to discuss obstacles students face when they attempt to read mathematics textbooks.
