As part of her work with the Committee on U.S. Latin American Relations, Celina Foran co-authored an article on Archbishop Oscar Romero of El Salvador. The article," 'If they kill me, I will be reborn'-Oscar Romero nearer to sainthood," appears in the CUSLAR newsletter and in the Venezuelan news service, TeleSUR.
