Dr. Kimberly Baker, assistant professor in Sociology, presented her paper entitled, "'I'm just not sure what we are going to do with her': Sociological Ambivalence and decision-making in a Southwestern drug court," at the Annual Meeting of the Law and Society Association in Denver on May 28, 2009. This paper was part of a panel dedicated to research on specialized courts in the U.S. and Canada. In her presentation, Dr. Baker discussed her recent research findings on a drug court case study.
