Steve TenEyck

Steve teaches in the B.F.A. Theatrical Production Arts program and serves as the Associate Chair for the Department of Theatre at Ithaca College. Courses include Introduction to Theatrical Design, Lighting Design, Advanced Lighting Design, Computer-Aided Drafting, Script Analysis, Advanced Projects in Lighting Design, and Senior Projects in Lighting Design. Beyond teaching, Steve maintains an active freelance design career. His work includes designs for Syracuse Stage (Syracuse, N.Y.), Tri-Cities Opera (Binghamton, N.Y.), Syracuse Opera (Syracuse, N.Y.),Tacoma Opera (Tacoma, Wash.), Merry Go Round Playhouse (Auburn, N.Y.), Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival (Center Valley, P.A.), Kitchen Theatre (Ithaca, N.Y.), Pacific Performance Project (Seattle, Wash.), Big Art Group (New York City), The Actors Company Theatre (New York City), Santa Barbara Dance Theatre (Santa Barbara, Calif.), and Ensemble Theatre Company (Santa Barbara, Calif.). Steve received his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his M.F.A. from the University of Washington School of Drama.
