Dillingham Center for the Performing Arts has many fine theaters and rehearsal spaces.

Hoerner Theatre is a 535-seat proscenium house. The audience area is approximately 68 feet deep by 58 feet wide, and seating is continental in form.

Clark Theatre is a 220 flexible seat house having approximately 500 square feet of playing area when used in the full round. Other configurations that can be achieved are end stage, three-quarter thrust, and half round.

Studio one and studio three are large rehearsal rooms. Both spaces have mirrors and sprung floors. These are used primarily for dance, acting, voice, and movement classes during the day and as rehearsal spaces in the evening.

Studio two is a black box space with approximately 1,088 square feet. It is primarily used as an acting studio and lighting lab during the day. In the evening it is used as a rehearsal and performance space for the department's No Bucks productions.

The many support areas for production include the following:

  • Scene shop (complete wood and metal capabilities)
  • Paint area
  • Props area
  • Props storage (hand, furniture, and off-campus large scenic units)
  • Metal area
  • Electrics shop
  • Sound shop
  • Costume shop
  • Costume storage (multiple stocks)

  • Production design studio
  • Student TD office
  • Large format printing room
