Ample, free, well-lit parking is available in the lot next to Dillingham Center (F lot), the visitor parking lot (V lot), or the lot across Route 96B (Y lot).
If you are unable to attend a performance on your scheduled subscription date, you may exchange your tickets for another date, as seating availability permits. Exchanges will be available in September.
Subscribers who are unable to use their tickets for a particular show are invited to notify the ticket office, so we can offer those seats to students.
All evening performances begin at 8:00 p.m. All matinees begin at 2:00 p.m.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.
Programs are subject to change without notification.
Tickets may not be returned for refunds.
Infants are not permitted in the theaters.
If you are unable to use stairs, please go to the glass door located on the walkway from the parking lot and ring the phone. A ticket office attendant will meet you there and direct you to your seat. If you need special assistance, including assistive hearing devices, please call the ticket office at 607-274-3224.
Absolutely no cameras or recording devices are permitted in the theaters.
