Information for Ticket Holders
If you are a subscriber and are unable to attend a performance on your scheduled subscription date, you may exchange your tickets for another date, as seating availability permits.
Can’t Make It?
Subscribers who are unable to use their tickets for a particular show are invited to notify the ticket office by calling 607-274-3224 so that we can offer those seats to others.
All evening performances begin promptly at 8:00 p.m. All matinees begin promptly at 2:00 p.m.
Please Arrive Early
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.
Free, well-lit parking is available in the lot next to Dillingham Center (F lot), the visitor parking lot (V lot), or the lot across 96B (Y lot). Drop off for the theatre, and access to the Dillingham elevator are available from the Peggy Ryan Williams parking lot. See parking map.
Programs are subject to change without notification.
Tickets may not be returned for refunds.
Special discounts for groups of 10 or more can be arranged by calling the group sales director at 607-274-3796.
Infants are not permitted in the theaters.
If you need special assistance, including assistive hearing devices, please call the ticket office at 607-274-3224.
No Cameras or Recorders
Absolutely no cameras or recording devices are permitted in the theaters.
Individual Show Tickets
To purchase tickets for individual shows, call the Ithaca College Theatre ticket office at 607-274-3224, Monday through Friday, between noon and 5:00 p.m.*
Ticket prices range from $4.50 to $10.00. Discounts may be available; be sure to ask when calling. A $1.00 ticket center handling fee will be charged for each ticket. There will be a $2.50 per call surcharge for telephone sales. This phone fee will not apply to subscriber exchanges or to tickets purchased in person at Ticket Center Ithaca or at the Ithaca College Theatre ticket office.
