Ithaca College Theatre will present a talkback discussion with special guest Michael Friedman, American composer and lyricist. Engage in an interactive dialogue with the composer and lyricist of Gone Missing, originally created by The Civilians. The event is free and open to the public. It will begin immediately following the 2pm performance of Ithaca College Theatre’s production of Gone Missing on Saturday, March 29th (roughly 3:30pm). IC Theatre will begin its 2014-15 season by presenting Bertolt Brecht’s masterpiece, “The Good Person of Szechwan”. The fall musical will be the 1960’s Frank Loesser classic, recently revived on Broadway, “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying”.
The Ithaca College Department of Theatre Arts will present Rajiv Joseph’s play, “Gruesome Playground Injuries” directed by Dennis Chambers ’14. This production is fully directed, produced, and performed by students of the Department of Theatre Arts. Tickets for “Gruesome Playground Injuries” are free, but reservations are required.
ITHACA, NY — Ithaca College Theatre and School of Music will cheerfully transition into spring with a presentation of Emmanuel Chabrier’s delightful opera “L’etoile.” Performances of this production will take place in Hoerner Theatre at 8 p.m. on Feb. 18, 20, 21 and 22. A 2 p.m. matinee will take place on Feb. 23.
