Trevor Maynard is a programmer, theatrical electrician, and freelance lighting designer.  At Ithaca College, Trevor teaches Tech II: Lighting and Tech I: Beginning Lighting and Sound Technology in addition to overseeing student production leads for IC's busy season.  From 2001 to 2004, Trevor served as the Resident Lighting Designer and Master Electrician at the Barter Theatre in Abingdon, VA, designing 20+ mainstage productions and countless smaller special events and children's shows.  From Virginia, Trevor spent a year in the lighting shops of Las Vegas and Phoenix, learning the latest in lighting and console technology, and took to the road, in various production roles on national and international tours of OklahomaHairsprayRentBeauty and the Beast, and West Side Story.  Between tours, Trevor worked for Blue Man Group Las Vegas at the Venetian, and was integrally involved in the creation of their new show at the Monte Carlo Resort in 2012.  Trevor is a certified Vari-Lite maintenance technician and trained Grand MA/Grand MA 2 console programmer.
