Biography

I lived my first eighteen years in Vermont, leaving for college just as the state began to be invaded by affluent refugees from the city. When I-90 provided easy access to the previously remote Northeast Kingdom, I went south to college in New Haven, arriving the year Yale first admitted women undergraduates.
