Checklist for Exploratory Pre-Registration

Before you come to summer Orientation, by June 15, please be sure to complete and submit the following online forms to us:

• the “Who Enrolls in the Exploratory Program” Form                
• the “Course Selection Information" Form
• the “Athletics, Transfer Credits, AP AND IB Credits” Form

Remember: You must submit your preferences for an Ithaca Seminar if you have not already done so.

Note:
The courses in which you have been pre-registered will be listed on your unofficial transcript as well as on the Student Detail Schedule option when you log into your Homer Connect account after June 19, 2009.
