Yes. There are countless opportunities to be involved in honors-sponsored social events throughout the year.  These events include ice cream socials, a holiday banquet, fall whitewater rafting excursion, spring NYC day trip, an annual trip to Canada, a Cayuga Nature Center outing for first-year students, a senior banquet, and a spring trip to Great Britain. The program also hosts numerous smaller events throughout the year, including talent extravaganzas, guest speaker presentations, and coffee talks where students can hobnob with the honors faculty.
