The Mythic Truth Seminar's visit to Washington D.C.

In the fall of 2009, Professor Michael Twomey's, "The Mythic Truth Seminar",made a trip to Washington D.C. to continue studying mythology as one of the most ancient and enduring forms of cultural expression. The seminar considered anthropology, art history, history, literature, philosophy, psychology, and religion as contributing factors to modern ways of thinking about mythology. In D.C., the seminar continued their classroom considerations on the origin and oral transmission of myths and gained helpful insight through the use of historical resources in the United States capitol.
