Itohan Osayimwese is the newest member of the Department of Art History. She has degrees from Rice University (M.Arch.) and the University of Michigan (Ph.D. in the history of architecture).
What are your thoughts on joining the art history department and the IC community?
I am excited about joining the art history department and working with colleagues who are dedicated to understanding art history and visual culture in its global intercultural incarnations. My goal is to help students cultivate a lifelong love of architecture and to guide them toward fulfilling careers in architecture and allied fields.
