ITHACA, NY—A December 2006 Ithaca College graduate has been honored with one of 60 Phi Kappa Phi fellowships awarded nationally. Joseph Livingston, who earned his degree in chemistry, won the $5,000 fellowship to apply toward his first year of medical school at Washington University in St. Louis.
