H&S Dean's Award Luncheon 2008
The School of Humanities and Sciences Dean's Award recognizes the outstanding graduate in each discipline in the School. This year's awardees joined their advisers, the chairs of their departments, and the Dean and Assistant/Associate Deans for a luncheon at the Tower Club in their honor.
- Dean's Award in Fine Arts: Deirdre Callahan, theatre arts management major, H&S honors minor (adviser: Lee Byron, associate professor of theatre arts)
- Dean's Award in the Humanities: Amanda Stricker, history major, H&S honors minor (adviser: Zenon Wasyliw, associate professor of history)
- Dean's Award in Natural Sciences and Mathematics: Lia Stelljes, physics major, mathematics minor (adviser: Luke Keller, associate professor of physics)
- Dean's Award in Social and Behavioral Sciences: Dana Cizmas, speech communication major, Italian and Integrated Marketing Communication minors (adviser: Sarah Trenholm, professor of speech communication)
