• You should intentionally consider course choices used to fulfill this requirement.
• Do not see this requirement as a “fill in the blank” exercise in which courses are arbitrarily selected to fill in the general education worksheet.
• Carefully consider your educational goals and use the general education requirement to complement these goals and to experience coursework that will broaden your perspectives and challenge you beyond your declared major.
• While you have until graduation to complete this requirement, it is advisable to do so prior to your senior year as most of the coursework for the general education requirement is at the 100 and 200-level.
