At Ithaca College, there are many opportunities to expand on what you learn in the classroom, whether it’s in clubs, presenting at conferences, or being a teaching assistant for your favorite course, or a course that gave you trouble. For many, summers are the time to expand on this work, in internships, or for some, working one on one with professors. Every summer, the biology department, as well as chemistry and physics, chooses students to work over the summer, doing real research in the lab.
